How to enable the 2FA(MultiFactor Authentication) on Keeper Security App

To enable 2FA on your Keeper security app, please refer to the steps outlined in the provided user guide. If you have any questions or encounter any difficulties during the setup process, kindly reach out to our IT support team for assistance.

Step 1
click the ‘Keeper Security” icon on your browser and enter the email Address and Password.

Step 2
Go to “Vault” page

Step 3
Click the “Arrow” besides your name > Click “Settings

Step 4
Click “Security” > Click the radio button on “Two-Factor Authentication

Step 5
Click the radio button on “Google and Microsoft Authenticator (TOTP)

Step 6
Go to App Store/Google Store
> Search the “Google Authenticator”
> download
> Open the “Google Authenticator” on your phone
> Scan the QR code on your screen

Step 7
One Time Code should be generated on your phone
The code will be changed every 60 seconds. Please use this code when you login.

Step 8
You can choose the “Don’t ask again on this device” in order to waive it.
*Please do not set this on any shared laptop or PC.
