How To Change the Laptop Sound Settings For Speaker & Headphones Windows 11 While Using the FreshDesk

Step 1:
Open up settings > Make sure ‘System’ is selected on the left menu bar

Step 2:
Click on Sound > Scroll down to Advanced > Click ‘More sound Settings’

Step 3:
Right click Speakers and ‘set as Default Device’

Step 4:
Click on ‘Recording’ Tab > Right Click ‘Stereo Mix and select ‘properties’

Step 5:
Device Usage > select ‘use this device (enable) > Click apply then click OK

Step 6:
Right Click ‘Stereo Mix’ again and you should see new tabs appear

Step 7:
Click on ‘Listen’ tab

Step 8:
Select ‘Listen to this device ‘

Step 9:
Select Headphones
